Having undergone major revisions to its exterior, including the removal of its original stoop and changes to its window pattern, and interior changes to multiple apartments, the brownstone was returned to single family use.  On the exterior our design included reconstruction of the stoop, restoration of original doors, window patterns and surrounds, and composite brownstone surfacing on the front facade, with a two story extension added to the rear.  The interior was gutted and reconfigured in its entirety.  Floors were made stable, an elevator was positioned behind the stair, core areas were set and large rooms were created at the front and rear.  Windows, doors, finishes, plaster moldings and wood detail were added throughout.  After restoration and occupancy, an outdoor roof terrace was recently added.
